Best Western Hotel Arena

Had a really nice stay with respect to value for money, everything was excellent. The rooms were compact and airy with a single bed where the flimsy mattress top kept sliding off, big windows, for example, no complains at all. The location was in a good spot for our weekend. Furthermore, the area was amazing.

Newly renovated and compact units on the upper floors. Good hot breakfast to start the day with waffles and sweets and served cookies.

It was an extremely comfy hotel, no complains at all, couldn't recommend more. I stayed for 2 nights here and had a real good time. I got the double room, it was well priced and fully-equipped. The staff was service-oriented and provided very good services. The location was incredible and unbeatable, close to a tram station.

Overall it was brand-new, with an open bathroom. The staff were all flexible, which was unquestionably a plus. The location couldn't be more unbeatable and excellent easy to go to central station.

The place was overall clean and luxurious, had service-oriented and amazingly attentive staff at the reception desk. I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was hot with sweets and served cookies, as example. The setting was unbeatable and magnificent, close enough to also Liseberg, Liseberg/Universeum and the soccer fields. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sherlock Holmes Museum.

The staff was flexible and made it a real good experience. The restaurant had fresh food. I did not want to leave, so can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
