Professional staff, gave a lot of information. The triple room was huge and had a separate bathroom. The service was exceptional, including an easy check-in.
The staff were bad, didn't expect that coming.

Booked a room with particularly nice views, and the staff were very nice and pleasant people who responded to every request. This hotel had a remote position very close to the tram stop too which was ideal. Street food restaurant Barton Rouge was 300 metres away from the place.

Check in was early, hotel was wonderful, locations was unbeatable unable to find me a taxi. The tidy room had all the necessary facilities, a dining area and a kitchenette. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were wonderful people at the reception desk.

It was a quiet location for us, just next door to center as well as tram stop. It also was close to a good tram system.

Everything was excellent, including very, very nice and pleasant staff at the reception desk. The location was good for me as it was so close to Liseberg and Universeum and tram station for The line 2 & 4. There was cafe Alaaya Cafe, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel. Twin/double room was functional, the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

rooms were comfortable as for me. convenient to get to universeum, set only 1 mile away.
