The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, right in the shopping area. Further, it was adjacent to the trams, the bus stations and train station and the city center.

We ate at a great restaurant for dinner. An air conditioner and tea/coffee were important for us. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and responded promptly to requests.

Had a savoury and good quality breakfast with a great assortment of warm food and a DIY waffle iron, for instance. The room was tastefully decorated and well-kept, had reasonably clean private bathroom. The staff was really efficient, kept everything reasonably clean and modern.

The location was great and incredible and the train station was walk from the hotel. The place was minutes from Gothenburg heart of the city. The restaurant here was great for dinner.

Its location a short way from Palmhuset was unbeatable. The local staff was amazing and outstanding. There were multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a study table in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

It was a fine experience. We were there for 3 days, everything was modern, appreciated its perfect location so close to stores, the mall and train station and bus station, coach stations and the town centre. Professional staff, offered us wake up service and ironing.

We had savoury and good quality breakfasts with delicious homemade waffles. The location was comfortable and easy, near a central square. Shopping centres and a market where right next door.

Well-equipped room with large bathroom and a large bathtub, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Located in the centre of the city. And just next door to historical museums, the centre of town and travel links, shopping, eating and drinking and scenic walks.

The view was particularly nice, the service was exceptional. The restaurant was great for dinner, I tried warm dishes. Its location minutes from Nordstan Shopping Centre was marvellous.

It's lovely old fashioned place to stay 1 km away from Nordstan Shopping Centre. The venue is in the centre of the town. Moreover, it is so close to many restaurants and shops as well as train station.

We had an enjoyable stay at this old-fashioned hotel. We loved rooms with lovely old persian carpets. The location was best possible, not too far from Lounge. Moreover, it's adjacent to shops and restaurants and public transportation, Gothenburg, and the train station.

Everything is well-maintained here, had a fantastic stay for my first visit to Gothenburg. The staff are amazing and charming, managed the parking nearby. The standard twin room is sumptuous and has multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a study table. You can see inner courtyard from your window. The best thing is location - close to shops.

Staff was really friendly, overall experience was relaxing. The hotel was conveniently situated. Tea and coffee in the bar. Furthermore, there is a public parking. Worth its 3 stars.

Palace Brunnsparken is located within 700 feet from the hotel. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose royal. All staffs were WELCOMING.
